My son stays here while attending LSU. The place is extremely high pressure to the point of bullying their tenants. They promise the world of amenities but things as trivial as turning the channel on the public tv in the pool area on weekends can’t be done for some reason. The people at the desk are unwilling to help the students when they need it and the maintenance is near non-existent.
