I haven't lived here, but I had a tour for park place and Foxtail town homes, so my review is based on the tour. Alex showed us three different places and was very attentive to show us a place based on our needs and wants. She was very professional, patient, and nice with us. I really appreciate it that she was honest in her answers too which made me feel like I could trust her if we ended up living under her management, so she definitely deserves five starts
I lived at Southpoint when Tim Bullock was Manager. Then he moved to Park Place to help reorganize that rental organization I heard nothing but good responses from the coworkers and renters from Southpoint and Park Park Place establishments. Very sorry to see him leave the Organization.
Management and maintenance are reliable
Both lexis were Awesome, and as far as being helpful and open and honest about the pros and cons of each apartment and finding one that was suitable for me and my family I am very pleased with my experience and look forward to finishing the process and moving into our new place! Thanks again !
