Horrible apartment complex. Most of the apartments are dirty. My toilet and garbage disposal have been broken since I moved in. Luckily we finally got the toilet fixed. They charged me 1.5 times for my rent. They charged me the full amount and my roommate nothing. Then the next day they charged me another $300 for no reason. Each time it left my bank account close to empty, I can’t even buy food now. Worst apartments in manhattan. Pay a little more for something way better.
