I would love to give this place the fattest zero stars I could possibly give. I live within Parkplace with my boyfriend going on three years ago. My husband and I loved living here for the first few months but things started going downhill pretty fast. First, the rent payment was pretty steep for what it was. A tiny apartment, outdated appliances, poorly painted walls, even a lack of overhead lights. Second, the office staff is unprofessional and rude more often than not, it’s not surprising that there’s a new person every few months.
