My husband and I loved living here for the first few months but things started going downhill pretty fast. First, the rent payment was pretty steep for what it was. A tiny apartment, outdated appliances, poorly painted walls, even a lack of overhead lights. Park Place was great to us for a long time. We just moved to a new location but are still very grateful for our time at Park Place. The maintenance is always on point. Anytime we needed them they always came through fast and got us fixed up. All of the maintenance workers are kind and knowledge as well. Any problem we ever had Park Place always made sure to address it. This place will definitely give you a place to call home and all of our neighbors were very nice. Thank you Park Place!!

I liked the complex when we first started living there. It was nice and peaceful and close to my school. After about 2 years living there was when it started getting bad. The office staff weren’t very pleasant at all when you came in with an issue. One of our neighbors kids ended up breaking the mailbox outside of our building which was then replaced with a huge thing of mail boxes all the way at the front of the property.
