I have been here less than 48 hrs and already regret moving in! First my icemaker leaked all over the floor! Solution= no icemaker then the faucets will not turn all the way off! Solution= high water bill! Then air stopped working! Called at 6 pm! Their solution= wait until Monday!! Its not an emergency!! Are you kidding me!!! I just moved in.....and already I HATE Park Place apartments..........Trash, trash, trash, always everywhere.....its not one day that goes by where there isnt a ton of trash on the ground which makes the apartements look like you live in the projects.....not only is it nasty on the outside it is infested with bugs....I cant tell you how many bugs and critters that I have found moving around in the apartment.....and it STANKS in my apartment...dont know how I am going to get rid of the smoky cigerrette smell....My biggest reg... read more
I agree with the previous reviewer. Me and my fiance are fixing to move out this May, thank goodness!!! We live in the 2 bedroom/2 bath floorplan. The management is horrible and the apartments are terrible. The outside of the apartments look trashy and dirty. The insides are just as bad. The outdoor balconies do not have covers, the appliances are so old and outdated, and the second bedroom doesnt even have a light fixture/fan!!! I have NEVER seen a room without a ceiling fan + light fixture. We hate this place and you will ... read more
The Property Management is horrible and so is the screening process for potential apartment seekers. Dreadful pestilence such as BUGS, needful repair and replacement of 40yr old appliances. Not-to-mention, simple issues that are always rebutted by an egotistical, none communicative pre-Madonna, whose people skills are far beyond trainable. I think Fowler Real Estate could improve residentual moral and restore accountiability by replacing the senior manager.
