If I could leave zero stars, I would. I applied to Park Place Apartments and was initially approved for a unit. I made it clear from the start that I have two dogs and that I was in the process of obtaining an ESA (emotional support animal) letter. The manager, Sam, told me I could either submit the ESA letter or pay the full pet deposit and fees in the meantime: $500 deposit, $40 monthly rent, and only one pet allowed per unit. This review is for Sam the manager on site. He was great helpful and honest . Probably the best property manager I've encountered. When I had to move it was a breeze . Good place to call home.
