Be careful visiting these section 8, horrible policy, management changing apartments(Park place Apartments) who could care less about their tenants as they do not provide guest passes but say guest are allowed to park in their tenants spot which is written in their lease agreement. This place needs to be investigated and someone should have the BBB look over their lease agreement(Parking Rules) because it’s designed in a way that Park Place Apartments are not even following themselves. Be careful applying for this place it seems as if they are just collecting application fees for their units, the same unit I applied to a couple months back is still on the market which is strange because other apartment I applied too I’ve heard back and approved with same screening criteria.
I lived there from 2018-2019 it was loud. It was loud, heavy drug activity, the gate never was locked . The manager did nothing. I called the police several times because people would try to break into my apartment at 2 am looking for money. Now they are trying to charge me thousands of dollars for breaking the lease: no one responds when you try to call the corporate office to tell them what is going on so now I am in court trying to fight it out. We, my wife and I, lived here for approximately 3 years. We loved our little apartment. If we could change anything air conditioning in the entire apartment not just one unit in the living room. You can't feel it in the bedroom. Also washer/dryer in every apartment would make it amazing. My only real gripe was our upstairs neighbors. Loud. Very loud. And yes we contacted management. No help. We would still live here again though.
