No central ac/heating during summer the wall unit would only keep the living room cool and the wall heater made the hallway extremely hot. Homeless people constantly staying in the laundry room. Marlene lives on the property and would constantly look up license plates with her police relatives to see if they belong to residents. Rent was ridiculous expensive there are better places in the Roseville area. Homeless people constantly on the property since it isn’t closed off. Apartments lay outs are like hotel rooms.
