I have been a resident at Park Place Apartments for 4 years. It's located in a nice residential area that is close to lots of shopping, banks restaurants, parks, and schools. The apartment complex is very clean, and continuously manicured by landscapers. It is a peaceful and safe place to live. Park Place offers 1 & 2 bedroom apartments which have updated interior paint, lighting fixtures, and safety equipment. Every front door has a metal screen door attached. Excellent service and very neat and clean appartment complex. It feels like home Plus the director Mrs. Merlyn is remarkably helpful. Highly recommended.
The property manager Marlene is amazing!! She handles all needs in a very prompt manner and has a huge heart. That makes all the difference in the world. I recommend renting from Park Place. Kelcie Grace Armbruster
I love living here. The place is well Kept. Marlene is very sweet and helpful . maintenance are on top of everything. Great place to live.
