The staff is awesome and super helpful. They made my move-in smooth and I love my new apartment!
On my move in day, maintenance was giving my apartment a once over and discovered that my Air Cinditooning was. It working properly. They immediately let me know and accommodated me by puting a window unit in. They worked diligently to get it working and even went so far as to comp part of my rent. The office personnel have been so kind and answer all of my calls and all of my questions. I have felt so welcome. The grounds are kept well. I am extremely glad to call Park Place Apartments home.
I have been asking for a dishwasher since the day I moved in February of 2023. I was denied one, even though the racks are rusted out and it didn’t work properly. I renewed my lease in March 2024 and complained and the office manager said she would send maintenance. Maintenance came and swiped his hand across his neck signaling no good as if the dishwasher didn’t work. I have been asking the office for weeks for an update and I keep getting the same answer. I officially moved into these apartments 1 month ago and I’m IN LOVE! Everyone is so nice, the work orders are done in a quickly manner, if I have any little issue they are QUICK to fix anything! I was scared at first because my unit is next to the dumpster and I’ve always heard horror stories at other apartments or other peoples experience but I’m having a great experience so far! Recommended, very nice people! And the manger is the best she always willing to help you out! If y'all need a place come here and ask for Candy she's the best.
