Crap.Management (Landlord) is of no help in any way.Maintenance, on the other hand, is EXTREMELY helpful.Our vehicle has already been broken in to and we have only been here since October, 2011.Our ceiling is on the verge of falling through because the Landlord doesnt see it important to replace the bowed and molded drywall.I WILL NOT be suggesting this place to anyone.

I have lived here 4 years and love it! All of the units are sppacious, management is courteous management and the neighbors are beautiful neighbors. Park Place is also conveniently located - no matter what you need. Management takes pride in maintaining the property grounds and handle any repair requests, etc., quickly. A wonderful place to live!!!
This location has PLENTY of space - even in the single apartments! On-site maintenance, fairly quiet neighborhood, ranch-style apartments to full 2-story townhouses. Each has a full utility room with laundry hook-ups. Small pets allowed. You wont believe the square footage of these apartments. Management strictly enforces full criminal background checks. If youve had some issues... keep looking!
