Maintenance of apartments and snow removal is mediocre at best. Fails to follow through on promises to make miscellaneous repairs on apartments. Snow removal is pathetic given the type of residents that live there. Clearly a safety hazard. I've been told by mgt they replace furnace filters once a year instead of the 2-3 month recommendations. Which explains why their pulmonary residents are frequently hospitalized for COPD exacerbations.
Lived here 4 years. Really liked it and it close to everything you need.

I am looking forward to moving in this place in about a week. The office manager is the nicest and most helpful person. She went out of her way to help me.
