I had a wonderful experience living at Woodfield Heights. Joanne and Colleen were always friendly, helpful, and cared. I moved in as a young parent and always felt safe and comfortable in the community. The location is close to a nice playground, and I had really kind neighbors, some even turned to great friends. The underground parking was a huge plus during the winters, I’m grateful for my time there and highly recommend it!
This place is great. The only draw back is heat is not included which can end up being very pricey. That being said, leaving is a choice I'm making due to family location and nothing to do with the apartment. It is very nice and the rooms are very spacious. I fell in love with the kitchen. There is a small pond across the street that my kids like to fish. The management team is amazing. Best landlords I've ever dealt with. Very friendly knowledgeable
I’ve never once felt so disrespected by an apartment, the fact that I'm paying what I'm paying is outrageous considering the state that the apartment was leased out in. I don't know what your standards for living conditions are. Still, I'm fairly certain that Urine and the smell of mildew is not a suitable living condition environment for, the price I pay I'd expect to see some included amenities, such as Laundry and or some cut out of Utilities???
