Having lived here for 2+ years the previous management was good. My last year here was a mess. Parking was horrible. My car was broken into twice. The noise levels are terrible. worst of all is when you move out, they will show you list insignificant damage list with such things as black spot on the carpet, Dirty dish washer etc all in a bid to hold on to your security deposit. My 2 cents AVOID this apartment at all cost...........You would be glad you did.
After enjoying a full year with Park Hill, the management took a turn for the worst in the summer of 2011. Parking is a nightmare - my car has been damaged three times in the large and inconvenient lot. The noise level is beyond what a reasonable person would put up with, and noise complaints go unanswered. The property is no longer attended to as it once was.
