If you enjoy having running water probably not the place for you
previous owners left the place a wreck new owners have bitten off more than they can chew ac down over 2 months when re installed miss wired fire hazard crews making hazard is living conditions blocking doors with debris piles machine s running from 8 am till 5 crews blindly throwing debris from roofs multiple projects going at once none finished managers don't care about safety or comfort or residents

Bueno éstos apartamentos son muy tranquilos él gicnacio está muy bien las áreas es lo mejor LAS manejadoras son muy atentas en LA mañana nos tienen cafecito.
My son has had nothing but trouble with the manager and maintenance for the last year - swamp coolers not working/leaking, leaking roof, mold in ceiling, mushrooms growing in carpet from leaks in roof, etc. He was forced to move from one apartment to another because of the mushrooms growing in the carpet. Management pledged to provide moving help - they had maintenance guys move their possessions. Furniture was damaged and they didn't move everything that needed to be moved. DO NOT RENT HERE!!
Great staff, some long-term residents, single professionals and a changing group of NMSU students, great access to town and to the Organ Mountains. I've been here more than 10 years and the staff is like a second family. They take great care of their residents.
