The best thing about this place is that it's peaceful here. My building stays dirty and always smells like dog poop and ammonia on the basement level near the laundry room. The management takes a while to fix anything and will tell you they're not fixing old things, like the stove. This building is old and smells like mildew or mold. Best community in Omaha, beautiful grounds, not to large so it is quiet, great neighbors, like a family, without a doubt Tobi is the best complex manager around, she can regularly be seen putting de ice on walkways or watering flowers.
