The best thing about this place is that it's peaceful here. My building stay dirty, and always smell like dog poop and amonia on the basement level near the laundry closet. The management is very slow to fix anything, and will let you know that they're not fixing old things. This building is old and smell like mildrew or mold. I could go on about the cons but I dont have the time.They are unorganized in the office. I don't recommend this place.

Best community in Omaha, beautiful grounds, not to large so it is quiet, great neighbors, like a family, without a doubt Tobi is the best complex manager around, she can regularly be seen putting de ice on walkways or watering flowers. We've been living here since 2020 and I love the place. The facilities are clean and well maintained. The neighborhood is peaceful, safe and convenient to all. There's a school, convenient stores and grocery store close to us. The staffs are friendly. There was a small misunderstanding the first time I moved but that was it. So far, I've been enjoying this place. We started building our home from here and now we have a new member coming. And it's definitely a memorable place to me.
