I’m trying to get in contact with the owners because I live right around the corner from them and there’s people who walk their dogs and they have dog poop all over my yard in the front in front of my kitchen window and they don’t pick it up and the apartment So ghetto it’s not even funny. We lived in the top floor of these apartments, and it was awful in the summer. No a/c, and the heat obviously rises so it was rough. The apartments are old and worn down, and the bugs collect in the common areas (hallways) of the building, which is gross. Property management was okay- they did send people pretty promptly. Bruce, the handyman they hired, is amazing. Many neighbors smoked in their balconies, which then seeped into our air inside. The apartments themselves are okay. However, the management company is atrocious! They are constantly raising the rent, taking forever to complete maintenance requests, and do not upkeep the outside well. During the winter you will have to shovel your own driveway and path to the garages. The alley and path to the dumpster becomes a death trap of ice. The management company leaves a bag of salt at the door but the residents are expected to salt the sidewalk. Do not rent these apartments!
Management are terrible to work with as far as maintenance goes. Do not rent there.
The managers are awesome people to work with.
