Though I was thankful I was able to get approved at the time when it was really crunch time to find a place, I am so thankful to not be living there no longer for many reasons. Sure the office staff is nice but they are not great at communicating things or jumping on things when it’s brought to their attention. Many times the office closed early, no one would answer my calls, or even follow up on a voicemail or email. Have had many experiences since living here. Some good. Some bad. Management has tried to help to some extent. Overall, I would recommend this complex to others. It is conveniently located.
Property has been responsive when I have questions or concerns. Located in a central area of Turlock. Only downside is the stray cats in the complex (they are cute but there’s a lot of them)
It has been good but unfortunately the rates keep going up and up. My brother in law has a roof over his head and enjoys walking across the street to the college to walk around.
