They want their rent on time, but can't fix anything. When I first moved in in Dec of 2019. My closets had no rails to hang up our clothes, took almost a month after calling daily about it. The doors to all of the rooms were so low to the floor that the doors were scrubbing the floors and sticking when trying to open and close them. Be aware that they are selling these apartments and the lady in the rent office is very unprofessional some people just think they are better than others I went here today to look at these apartments and the people from Alfa was there so as they were leaving me and my grandmother ask what was going on and they told us they are getting rid of these apartments and some guy was blasting music so loud as we were leaving and had his door open wouldn’t recommend
This place has KING SIZE ROACHES infested all throughout the complex. I was about to move in here payed my deposit and rent . Soon as it was time to clean up before moving my stuff in . It was roaches flying and crawling all through that apartment all on the outside of the apartment. I haven’t been back since! Then what made it worse the piece of Pooh office staff refused to refund my money .! Do not move here . I should have know not to move here when I saw a roach crawling in the viewing apartment.
