El servicio de mantenimiento es excelente. En un año viviendo en la propiedad siempre atendieron mi solicitud en poco tiempo y solucionaron el problema correctamente en la primera visita. El señor Larry y el señor Omar son puntuales, profesionales y explican claramente lo que están haciendo. Estoy muy satisfecho con la atención recibida.

Wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Waited 3-4 months to charge extra fees they claimed they “missed” when originally moving in. THEN locked our payment portal and then charged us late fees for not paying rent on time after blocking our way of paying. The community is no better… The apartment is old and the interior doesn’t work. Constant maintenance issues. The neighbors blast loud music with paper thin walls. Other neighbors smoke marijuana on the porch and it seeps into the apartments and the smell lingers for days. ... read more
