Tried to get a air suspension quote from them for over a month they kept telling me oh ya we will phone you back and now after I phoned them multiple times with multiple front desk people they still dont have a answer and they keep saying we will get back to you ... Just be honest if you can't figure it out just say so.
Brought my car in for tint. I told them what I wanted when I picked up the car the tint was super light, not what I asked for. I was told one more shade darker would be darker than the factory tint!! There is a big difference between what they did and the factory tint. There is no way there isnt a shade or 2 darker. I have had all my cars tinted darker than this and lighter than factory. Darren and everyone is amazing. Took my 2021 Jeep Grand Cherokee in to get the exhaust system modified and they did an amazing job. Sounds amazing and I’m so stoked for some more future modifications. The cost was very reasonable, thank you so much Darren
Went to PP looking for a bumper for my Jeep. I set the specs being full width, must have a bull bar, winch capable, and fit the original fog lights. Communication to and from Carl was clear and concise. All staff were very welcoming and friendly. Service and installation of the bumper, with all my specs, were superb with no surprises on the invoice. It’s great to have a local shop doing great work and a place I will visit again. Highly recommend.
Husband made an appointment last week Monday. I dropped off his truck as he was sick. I came in on Tuesday to pick up his work keys, and saw on the board that some work was allready done to the truck. Darren said he was waiting for a guy to come back from vacation which it would be Thursday (to finish). He said he would call us at the end of week with an update. Friday came no update.
