Now as far as there shop goes the service I received has been excellent. There tuner Chris Zalinsky is a. tuner snob who has no professionalism. I inquired about a tune as i'm still learning about the process. This was his response, "Sorry Ive been meaning to reply - I dont purposely put a vehicle out of spec to make stupid noises." This is a typical response from typical tuner snobs. I gave this guy my hard earned money and this is how he talks to customers. People at Park Performance are friendly until you ask for explanations for their failure to fix your car. Then they become more and mote difficult to talk to or get on the phone. I can't remember a time I've been given such a horrible runaround.
I had a 5.3 Chevy tuned by Chris Zelinsky today. He was efficient and incredibly knowledgeable. Wish I had done this years ago! Thanks again!
