I recently got my exhaust done for my Mustang at Park Performance and I couldn’t be happier with the service. Darren was a huge help throughout the whole process — he gave me a great deal and made sure everything was done right. The quality of work was excellent and the customer service was even better. Highly recommend Park Performance if you’re looking for honest, professional work done on your vehicle!
Best place to go for any mechanical problem! Best customer service, quick. They helped me when my muffler/exhaust was dragging on the ground, fixed it right up, great job. Highly recommend.
Terrible shop. Overcharged me for parts, markup north of $400 over MSRP. Wouldn't let me cancel order next day. Also just found out they ordered the wrong parts so now I'm on the hook for wasted cost of wrong part, plus proper new part & substantially more labour and fluids... Do not do business with these people.
I was initially excited to work with Park Performance and reached out for a quote on a build. I followed up multiple times and was told twice that someone would get back to me — but never heard anything. No quote, no clear communication, just silence. I understand things can get busy, but when a business can’t follow through on basic communication, it’s hard to trust them with a vehicle project.
