Had my Ford Explorer ST in for lowering springs installation. The communication was awesome right from when I randomly emailed asking for a quote and got immediate responses from Darren, right through to when they were working on my vehicle and Darren was providing me progress updates. Quality of work was bang on and they even took the extra step of taking my vehicle to a Ford dealership just to make sure that the alignment was perfect after installing the lowering springs. Husband made an appointment last week Monday. I dropped off his truck as he was sick. I came in on Tuesday to pick up his work keys, and saw on the board that some work was allready done to the truck. Darren said he was waiting for a guy to come back from vacation which it would be Thursday (to finish). He said he would call us at the end of week with an update. Friday came no update.
