Went to Park Preference to get a tunnel cover for my truck , Darren showed me the different products and the pros and cons of each one . I decided to get a roll up cover plus install , but due to delivery challenges from their central whse, they were not able to get it installed that day as discussed earlier. The next day the tunnel cover arrived and we settled to a time and day for installation. As a compensation for the late arrival of the product, Darren waived the installation. I was initially excited to work with Park Performance and reached out for a quote on a build. I followed up multiple times and was told twice that someone would get back to me — but never heard anything. No quote, no clear communication, just silence. I understand things can get busy, but when a business can’t follow through on basic communication, it’s hard to trust them with a vehicle project. Unfortunately, I’ve decided not to move forward based on that experience. Hopefully, others have better luck.
If anyone is interested in Old School classic shop mentality I wouldn't go anywhere else but these guys! Very professional very welcoming a person can stand in there and have a coffee with the boys and talk very welcoming place! Darren the gentleman that dealt with me amazing person every other day if not once a week was calling me to give me updates about my truck nothing bad to say about this place highly recommend it to anybody who's looking for honest quality work!
Park Performance comes through again! Had another shop recommend $3000 worth of new front end parts. Park Performance confirmed my suspicions that my front end is in good shape, all I need is a tire rotation and an alignment to make sure it’s all straight.
