Moved out in May and am still trying to get my deposit back. I’ve contacted management MULTIPLE times and have been told the same story over and over again.
I came here to rave about the current management staff at Park Pacific. Jamal in particular has been a God-send. I lived in this building for 2.5 years, saw multiple ownership group changes and management team transitions, and dealt with a lot of difficulty because of all these changes. I transferred apartments and that was half handled by a former group, leaving this current group (2B Residential, I believe) to clean up quite a mess.
