I have lived in many apartments in many cities around the country over the years. Renting from these guys is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. They have been upfront, fair, and clearly care about the properties. I also have really enjoyed my interactions with everyone on staff besides the co-owners, from the woman who cleans, to the maintenance crew, to the admin woman in the office. They tried to keep my security deposit for a cleaning fee, (unit was just old and received little to no updates). Come to find out from current tenants that they had renoed my unit, (long overdue). They are horrible and I think they may be changing their property management name because the reviews are not reflective of how they treat people. Also aggressive and unprofessional when questioned on their contract terms. Two of the positive reviews are literally from the property managers.
