I've rented three different apartments from Park Oxford Properties since 2013. They've always been responsive and professional. I've recommended them to friends and family, and will continue to do so. If you're looking for an apartment in the Park Avenue neighborhood, call Park Oxford Properties!
They tried to keep my security deposit for a cleaning fee, (unit was just old and received little to no updates). Come to find out from current tenants that they had renoed my unit, (long overdue). They are horrible and I think they may be changing their property management name because the reviews are not reflective of how they treat people. Also aggressive and unprofessional when questioned on their contract terms. Two of the positive reviews are literally from the property managers.
