Can honestly say I'm going through financial rough time with catching up with my past this year. I am late on rent and making it right . Not saying make it habit and screw the land lords but when ur in hard times they will understand even if ur pain in the butt . Ben made sure I was tooken care of by lovely office lady who heard me out . Just make sure to communicate they won't hold it against u if ur are trying to pay for roof over ur head.

I have lived in many apartments in many cities around the country over the years. Renting from these guys is by far the best experience I’ve ever had. They have been upfront, fair, and clearly care about the properties. I also have really enjoyed my interactions with everyone on staff besides the co-owners, from the woman who cleans, to the maintenance crew, to the admin woman in the office.
