Park One Properties, Lavan, Mandy, Dan and the rest of its employees are just like any other property management company out there. SCAMMERS. They will not respond to any emails unless they have something to say. They will also block your number after they’re done with you. Do not use this company. They do not fix anything and promise things they do not follow through on. Had electrical issues, rats and numerous other issues. Ended up taking care of things with my own money and time. To add insult to injury they cheated me out of most of my deposit after two years. In the process of taking them to small claims court. No one should have to put up with the things they have done. DO NOT USE THEM!!
This rental company is the worst company to rent from. Please do not give them your money! They don’t fix anything! Rodent issue in the attic was not taken care, just ignored for two years! The company they wanted me to contact, instead of them contacting them, which is there job, came out and the pest control company said that the tenants prior to me had the same issue and the property manager didn’t want to pay to get it taken care of. NEWEST UPDATE: JUNE 2024 It was a good run while it lasted, but things have changed at Park One. We have moved on from utilizing their services after having some less than ideal situations that could have been prevented. We do hope for the best, and probably in time, their services will improve as they renew their focus.
