If you are a drug dealer than this is the apartment complex for you. I live there for 18 months and in the past 2 months there have been 2 shootings, 4 cars broken into, a motorcycle stolen, and the police have raided several apartments. The manager of the apartments is by far the rudest person I've ever met in my life. She doesn't care about your apartment problems, and us completely rude to you about it. So by all means if you want a quiet, friendly, and nice place to live... don't choose park on stonewall.
I will never rent here again and would not recommend anyone to stay here. Yes its a cool little spot because its close to the main stores and fastfood joints, but the manager is sorry, and in my opinion a racist.I have seen white people get away with taking the car apart in the parking lot(which is against the rules) but black people cant even sit on the bed of their truck, but i witnessed maintenance drinking beer(natural ice to be exact) sitting on the bed of his truck that was parked by the mail boxes while on the job, an... read more
