DO NOT LIVE HERE. The grounds are never kept up, the first week we moved in the SWAT team was at my neighbors house. I’ve had to call the cops at least 3 times. One week my neighbor pounded on our door at 2am telling us someone was going to kill him. The door lock was frozen the majority of the winter so we couldn’t even get into our building. Never any parking. My most recent complaint: I put in an emergency maintenance request for a clogged sink, haven’t shown up yet and it’s been 2 days. I came home today to an exploded b... read more
I lived there for 2 years and thought it was pretty good. I wish the kept up with the property a little more, but whenever something needed fixed they were fast and It was decently priced. I kept good care of my apartment and got my deposit back.
