I was really interested in this place. I read the reviews and thought it was a good fit for myself. I then called to schedule a tour. My first problem was that I couldn't even hear the receptionist because all I could hear was a dog barking nonstop in the back. I ignored it because I thought it could be a resident's dog that was in the office at the time of my phone call. I went ahead and showed up for a tour anyway. Very pet friendly. Always treats at the office. Its gated. Very clean and it's maintained that way weekly. The manager and crew is very helpful. Polite and friendly... But, PEPE the office dog. Is Amazing and really runs that place. Thank You for the great memories
My experience at Park on Bell has been decent, but it's had its drawbacks. While the apartment itself is fine, I've noticed issues with noise from maintenance and neighbors. More concerning is the smell of marijuana, which contradicts the property's no-marijuana policy. Overall, it's an okay place to live, but these issues prevent me from giving it a higher rating.
I am a 12 yr resident. Not once has it occurred to me to move from this delightful well-manicured and friendly environment not to mention beautiful apartments with beautiful accoutrements. The maintenance staff is competent friendly and always very prompt. There are rules about drugs that are tightly enforced. Keep that in mind as you shop for a great place to live.
