No I don't recommend Park on Banderd because when I go talk to to the manager about my nabor upstars it steems like she does not care even though my husband is disable & he is an elderly man that's why I don't like these apartments & I am planning to move
Horrible place to live. They leave you without AC in the summer and without heat in the winter. I'm not sure if they understand that that's illegal? The proximity to downtown is great as is the proximity to gangs, shootings and other criminal activity. I've been robbed twice since moving here. Do yourself a favor and just don't. They raise the rent every chance they get so you will be paying big bucks to live in a slum. Every time I see a new tenant I pray for them to make it out quick and alive.
