Had a great tour with the manager, Terry. She was very kind and gave me a ton of information about the area after learning that I was moving from out of town.
I’ve been a resident at Park Oaks for three years now. It’s super quiet here. I’ve seen an improvement within the grounds of the apartments. The landscaping is beautiful and I love that they added a gate around the pool! They have always been very prompt with fixing any maintenance issues. Ms Terri, the manager, has always been super kind and helpful. I love it here!

Park Oaks is a beautiful apartment complex with lots of trees and garden areas. The maintenance is amazing and always done in a timely manner. The staff is very nice and professional.
I've been at Park Oaks for over 5 years now and have had an amazing rental experience. The front office staff Terry and Morgan, are always kind and courteous. They conduct regular check-ins over the phone to make sure that everything is going well with my unit. I rarely have issues with my unit, but when I do, George and his team respond quickly to any maintenance tickets that I submit. I truly appreciate having a staff that cares about their tenants, and I will be renewing my lease with Park Oaks again.
