Property is really bad. Had issues what smelled like raw sewage between my and the apartment next door. Management asked that I "put a towel over the fan". Of course that didn't help.To this day I smell feces that aren't mine in that bathroom. The property owners also wrote it in to the lease that I pay a full months rent to stay in an apartment from the 18th to the end of the month. Make sure you have time to read a 20 page lease before you sign anything. I would really stay away from anything this company offers.

Greedy and dumb staff. The whole building smells like farts. Worst place I've ever rented. Stay away from Olympus if you ask me. Hope this helps someone.
