Assistant manager has an attitude and doesn’t wanna help people she just closes the door once she decides she doesn’t wanna work anymore.
They overcharged me $50 at move in. They misplaced my $175 money order for app and admin. They’re now trying to charge me $162 for four days of electricity due to a switch hold. Nobody replies to emails, or texts and the assistant closes her door when she’s tired of helping. She claims she doesn’t have access to my account to see the amount I owe, and they don’t have a corporate office phone number to discuss ledgers.
I lived here for a year, and I constantly had problems with my bill. I was on the first floor, and the walls were so thin that I could always hear the tenant upstairs (Big Bertha). I also called for maintenance multiple times, but no one ever showed up. When I moved out, I left the apartment clean, but they kept my deposit, claiming the oven was dirty and there was lint in the dryer.
