I scheduled an appointment to get my Depo shot. When I arrive to my appointment, I had to wait 28 minutes for a nurse to call me from the waiting room to give me my shot. Horrible experience!

Whoever took my call at 2:57 today was beyond rude and inpatient. Called in because my appointment was canceled and the woman cut me off aggressively, and she just absolutely escalated my frustration. She wouldn’t listen to a single thing I had to say and wouldn’t help/work with me at all. Wasn’t even upset when I called in, and now won’t be coming in at all due to staff. Dr Schlies is awesome! Felt like I was heard and she was very proactive. No wait and see kind of approach which I really appreciated! Ultrasound tech was also so sweet and friendly!
