Annie M Fontaine should be fired shes the most disrespectful doctor I've ever met. She's super unprofessional and she lies in your chart. Ontop of that she thinks she knows what's better for you and will push prescriptions on you. I told her I hadn't been near anyone I knew had covid but I work retail so she puts "denied testing" in my chart when she wouldn't administer the testing. Update 6-9-25 Sadly I’m back again. At least I made it a year without an Urgent Care visit. Again - barely any wait. Used the save my place feature. Different people but the same 5 star service. Used the save my place feature. Barely any wait. Prompt treatment. I was a difficult case - I needed an IV and have difficult veins. Three people worked on me. One of my absolute favorite urgent card to go to. All the Dr and Nurses are amazing. Front desk are quick to check a pt in and their parking lot is super close to the urgent care.
Absolute abysmal service. Went there twice for an ear problem that I still have no thanks to them, and was told that there was nothing wrong with it. I'm convinced every single one of these doctors cheated on their exams in order to graduate medical school.
