Great service from start to finish. Front Desk staff was friendly and quick. I got right in with no waiting. The nurse was very friendly also. I saw Dr Miller. She was thorough and explained everything. Thankyou Park Nicollet Urgent Care!
The doctor blamed me for getting the flu because I didn’t get the flu shot. She didn’t test or anything she just said it was most likely the flu and that I wouldn’t have gotten it if I got the flu shot. Very disappointed for wasting my time
The wait time was over 3 hours long but patient care coordinator who checked me in was extremely sincere and lovely to interact with.
De lo peor ,mi doctora me refirió a una sala de emergencia y el doctor q me atendió salio de lo más grosero y prácticamente no me quiso atender ,dijo q tenía q esperar semanas y yo con mi dolor .
