My spouse had been getting more ill over the weekend with what we thought was the flu. This morning it appeared to be a UTI and he was nauseated, diaphoretic and had abdominal pain. We tried to login in to “get in line” but the site failed after multiple attempts. We arrived and were roomed within 10 minutes which was good (after the employee at the front desk first sent us to the orthopedic urgent care down the hall, for some odd reason). The visit started off okay; the front desk gal and nurse were great with my 10 month old. However, the PA who came in seemed very on edge and like she didn't want to deal with a baby who may or may not have had an ear infection. Normally our daughter is great with doctors but she had a really tough time with this PA. At one point, the PA couldn't get any ear wax out (which seemed like a simple procedure), so they reverted to using water to moisten the wax. My husband went here. Was dismissed on his CHEST PAINS! The doctor even said she doesn’t know what’s wrong with him like how are you a doctor and don’t know what’s wrong with my husband?! You’re the doctor! He felt completely dismissed and super unsatisfied. I will be reporting this hospital and calling for an itemized bill when the check comes in :)!
