My dad went in with bad ear pain and was told he just had some ear wax. The next morning he went back in excruciating pain and they said he had shingles, an ear infection and a throat infection. he was completely dismissed the day before. Then they didn’t prescribe prednisone for the shingles like they were supposed to so it spread to his face and caused paralysis. Two HORRIBLE visits. Always a pleasant visit with nice staff and clean facilities
Best urgent care I’ve ever been to. Every time I’ve needed to go there, I’m treated fairly and accurately. The front desk staff, nurses, providers, and imaging techs have all been wonderful every time I’ve had to go there. The online check-in is super slick. Yesterday I was in and out in 45 minutes including x-rays.
Took my wife here a few times. Each time have been impressed with the nurses and doctors. They are a good staff here. Dr. Yang was very thorough and gave you his full attention, very respectful and helpful. He offered other tips that we would also have access to at home. Overall a positive experience.
Ist time I went in, everything was great. But after taking two different medications for 6 days for an upper respiratory infection, I didnt get any better and needed to go back in. After waiting for 20 minutes at the registration counter, I was told they didn't take my insurance ! Same info used 6 days prior. Stated I would need to pay CASH if I wanted to be seen. Never going back !
