Awesome Staff and facilities.
My autistic brother had an echocardiogram there. He is very averse to touch, but our technician Kim was amazing, helping him stay calm, encouraging him, allowing him to lightly touch her hand on the wand the whole time. One of his best experiences in medical setting for such a long test. Thank you!
Nurses and staff were very friendly. Great facility. Dr. Thomas Stark however was a person who had no bedside manner. He was extremely condescending and rude during the entire interaction. He told me right when he got in the room that he was not going to take me as his patient based on symptoms alone. He didn’t seem to care nor listen to any of my concerns. I told him my goal was not to get surgery, but ultimately I wanted imaging to establish a baseline toward my condition to make a more informed decision. The impression he... read more
