I had a telehealth visit with Dr. Claire-Audrey Bayan. The scheduler told me TH visits are cheaper. I received a bill for more than $700 as the provider charged for a complex new pt visit, which is the same price in person. In order to charge complex level 4 visits there must be a detailed history and physical, neither of which happened. She also prescribed a medication that I told her did not work for me in the past.
