I've been to this facility many times for mri's on different parts of my body (my insurance doesn't want me going to methodist for mri's anymore except in an emergency case) the recent visit was for my neck again. Everytime I've found the staff friendly and helpful, especially getting on and off the mri table as I have joint issues all over my body and back issues. Sometimes like most everything in life like construction , car repair and such there a little behind. I had one experience arriving early they took me right away.... read more
It’s frustrating to take time out of my workday to come in just to wait. They are running a full 30 minutes behind schedule.
The front desk person was very kind and helpful. I know it seems a little awkward to have an MRI Mobil but it’s very clean and brand new. I had a good experience. Thank you.
