Great job, no wait, fast imaging and results!
really horrible customer service over phone...... want to know if my insurance has this place in network or not and they just redirected me to the insurance company.... nope nope
I’d rather have a hernia surgery all over again then have to do the pre surgery MRI EVER again. The machine I was in was so hot and uncomfortable. I am clearly claustrophobic and I nearly had a panic attack 3 to 4 times. They told me yeah apparently the machine I had is hotter because it’s bigger magnets, well maybe do something to help cool us down?? A fan? Anything? A cold pad? I DONT KNOW. The entire team at this Park Nicollet Imaging Center was exemplary. The receptionist at the front desk and the guide who gave more MRI instructions were warm and helpful. The 2 MRI technicians explained the procedure clearly and provided all of the necessary devices needed to ensure calmness and decreased anxiety. Loved that warm blanket and music!
