Poor customer service and doctor follow up I had scheduled my surgery there. Had a few more questions for the surgeon and Dr. Kroshus never called me back so I had to cancel surgery. Terry Carter of the heart center was so rude to me and told me to go somewhere else. You don't treat a patient that way. Basically they violated my patient rights by not giving me the information I needed and didn't treat me with respect.
