Do not see Dr. Shane Gustafson. I should have looked at his reviews before seeing him. He is fast and doesn't listen to you. Even his assistant said he is always fast like that. I was trying to talk to him as he was walking out the door. Tried to dispute the bill. They didn't care. He saw me for 5 min to tell me just to get another MRI and come back to see him. After insurance, $500+ was still my portion. Hard to believe. Look at reviews and find a referral!
From the initial scheduling of my appointment, through check-in, consultation and care, this was one of the finest experiences I have ever had with a medical team. I felt that my condition was diagnosed and treated expertly and with a complete explanation of the reasoning behind what treatment was being provided. All of the staff were simply wonderful. A special mention to Kayla Hinton whose diagnosis and treatment has led to a fast recovery. Thank you!
Terrible experience at TRIA maple grove with Kayla Hinton PA and Dr Rohman. Would recommend elsewhere if you want good follow up.
