She is wonderful and she cares so much.
Dr. Daleiden's idea of a medicare exam is to drag and drop all the conditions listed over a lifetime into the new file and claim she reviewed them with the patient. I get the impression she's pretty burnt out and would rather not have to see patients to practice medicine. The only reason I saw her at this practice is that my previous doc retired following COVID and her excellent replacement moved to Mayo for a fellowship. I liked Dr. Moxness my first couple appointments as she was direct and had a no BS attitude. However this quickly changed as treatment for my thyroid cancer progressed. First strike was that she incorrectly told me I didn’t have an autoimmune disease when my biopsy stated there were “signs of disease” and then later confirmed in pathology report. Dr Loomba always listens to you and get straight to the problem to get you better
Dr. Ward was my surgeon when I experienced a serious wrist injury following a car accident. She always took the time to really listen and find solutions, which was especially important to me when the pain persisted and we seemed to be running out of options. She never gave up on me. I don't know what the outcome would have been with a different surgeon, but I think it's very possible that I would not have the mobility that I do today if it had not been for Dr. Ward. Becca is awesome. I count myself very fortunate to have been able to have the same provider for many years. I know that is not the case for everybody.
The communication is superior; from the pre-check, in person appointment and my chart. I know I am being cared for; my questions are heard and answered clearly. I appreciate the time even when their schedule is full, the necessary time is well spent during my appointment.
Provider was very thorough and a great listener! I have great confidence in her!
Never see Dr Beena Kumar. After going in with severe pain from my lower back and coming to the front down my leg and barely able to walk with the pain I was in, she insisted it was a thigh muscle pull. I explained 4 more times it was very painful in my lower back as well as leg and she stayed with muscle or ligament strain in my Thigh and gave me a 5 day anti inflammatory medication.
