They said they needed to mail me forms to complete and couldn’t email them and week after week they didn’t show up. I had to reach out FOUR separate times over two months for them to mail them, each time them confirming my address and saying they’d mail them asap. On the fourth call the lady said she didn’t see any notes that any forms were ever mailed to me. This is already after two appointments to get medication I had already previously been on. I've been coming to this clinic for about 20 years for multiple services. Now my children receive care here as well. I've only had 1 appointment canceled and I was notified in a timely manor. Some testing is booked out pretty far out but i never have a problem with schedule therapy sessions. It's 2025 and I schedule most appointments online and never have any problems with getting prescriptions filled.
Do u guys help people find housing and jobs
extremely difficult to refill medication in a timely manner. usually very difficult to comtact providers.
