While I was gone for 10 days parked at their Vancouver location, my car was driven hundreds of miles with a dog in the back. There was lots of dog hair and we don’t have a dog. This was highly unethical.
Their website is geared towards easy and discounted advance reservations. Unfortunately, it accepts your credit card without issuing a reservation engendering too much aggravation. The local Park N Fly facility acknowledges the problem. The corporate phone line advises that an email is the preferred method of communication. Miserable experience today.
If I could give a negative number I would!! Worse customer service ever!!! 1st of all when we dropped our car off we were asked what airline we were using but ended up dropping us off at wrong terminal. Were close to being late to get on our flight. Then coming home we were not allowed out, our scan code did not work, they were rude and would not let many cars out for 30 minutes! So much more to this but moral of the story is I will NEVER use this company again!
