Locations at most major airports
Allow lots of time for pickup from the parking lot. Second time I’ve parked here since the Parking Spot took this over. Things went well the first time except the driver didn’t come to a complete stop before calling passengers to disembark. Second time, however, was disappointing. I ends up waiting 25 minutes for a shuttle for the airport. The first shuttle, after a 15 minute wait, did not drive down the self park pickup aisle and left the lot. Avoid! This place doesn’t take into account any possible emergency or change to plans that may happen to you. We had to completely change our trip 24 hours before we were supposed to park and they would not issue a refund or even allow us to change dates. Very disappointed in the lack of customer service.
Not a business I would trust. I would avoid. Bad experience with admin.
