I successfully used Park N Fly (PNK) for over two decades. Since they were acquired by The Parking Spot (TPS), their customer service and integrity have severely declined. Despite my observations, I remained a loyal customer. I am in my 70s and use a cane. Since TPS started, I - No longer receive help from the shuttle driver loading and unloading my luggage on and off the shuttle. - No longer wait 5 minutes or less for a shuttle ride to the airport.
