There's constant loud remodeling of units going on that begins without any notice from management and lasts for weeks at a time. You can hear hammers and power tools from inside your own unit the entire day, which is frustrating if you work from home. Unless you've always dreamed of living on a construction site, I would not recommend it here.
My partner and I lived at Park Michigan for two years, and it was the best rental experience we have ever had. We truly loved our apartment — it was spacious, beautifully renovated, and everything was new.
