I love Park Michigan! I love everyone who works there. From the front desk, the engineers and maintenance team, to the cleaning staff, everyone is so kind and a joy to talk to.The property manager, LaTanya, is wonderful. She is so kind and helpful. The property is connected to a gym with an amazing group of trainers, a fantastic masseuse (if you get a chance get a massage from Peaches), and all the equipment you could ask for. I highly recommend staying here!

I’ve been living here since 2024, and this place used to be great. Unfortunately, it has really gone downhill recently. I’m not sure what’s going on with the current management, but they clearly need to step up. The previous management team did a great job, and the difference is very noticeable. I really hope the current management takes a look at what worked before and starts bringing the building back to the standard it used to have.
I booked a tour here and to start off the leasing agent did not introduce himself and was rushing through the tour. He showed us a filthy unit that had no lights on so I was using my flashlight on my phone to really look around. What the website shows vs what you see in person is a huge difference. They can renovate the lobby but keep appliances from 2000 in the apartments. Many better options for the price.
ETA on 8/10/26: We are disappointed with the current management. Our lease renewed this month and we were not informed our autopay would not continue for the new lease. We are now being charged a late fee of over $100, despite receiving no notification of this upcoming change. Management refuses to be flexible despite our 5 years of residence and payments, so clearly, Horizon does not see the value in long-term residents.
