I lived here for a year and a couple months as a college student and it was also my very first studio apartment ever. Apartment had cockroaches, uneven floors, cracks in walls, loud neighbors, questionable (potentially law-breaking) plumbing, and an incredibly sketchy front office that likes to gossip behind your back and dress in dated 1990s attire. Don't be fooled by Alma- she's not the cute abuelita she pretends to be. She is not your friend and will consistently lie to your face and mislead you. For a student this is the perfect place because it is so quiet. Any problem that you do have management is very quick to handle it and respond back. Really enjoyed these apartments!!!!
A very nice place to live! Alma the apartment manager makes you feel welcomed and appreciated and she's the kindest person you will meet there!. Clean and well-cared facilities. Work orders are executed very quickly by a team of professionals. Finally, very quiet neighbors, and overall a great sense of safety. Highly recommended!
Apartment manager alma is too friendly with everyone. Apartment environment is very clean . And the maintenance also good. I strongly recommend this apartment for everyone.
