Been coming here for years walked in today (since I could not get through on phones )to see if they could have someone take a quick look at me since I have a sinus infection and tell me they couldn’t see me even though their was only one person in waiting room. Was willing to wait. Can’t believe the healthcare system is now defiinitely not like it used to be
Had the unpleasant experience of working at Park Medical Group as an office manager. Worst employment of my life.
This is a great Medical Group with offices in Tenafly, Northvale, Harrington Park, Bergenfield and Fort Lee.
I switched my insurance so I had to find a Primary doctor and knew of Park Medical (even worked right next to them in Fort Lee). Tried calling them for 2 months straight with no one returning a phone call. Emailed the Fort Lee office yesterday and they said they would call me today, guess what no phone call!!! I went on the website and called the main number which is Tenafly and they called me back within 10minutes and was shocked over not receiving a phone call back from Park Medical of Fort Lee. The reason for this low review is because how my mother has been treated at the Harrington Park office. I had to leave a message at the office this afternoon asking for the script for an appetite stimulator for my dementia diagnosed mother. I called a week ago from Friday, told doctor would get back to me last Tuesday, by Thursday when I got no call from CVS or doctor’s office, I called again, was told doctor would get message today. This review is for Tenafly office. Came for blood tests. Set it up two weeks prior. They didn't have doctor's orders for the panel I need. Back to waiting room for additional wait. Said they can only do basic blood panel without doctor's orders and doc can order additional tests at my app. The dr ordered same panel in the past and they can't do them again?. Will ask for script and go to Quest or Lab Corp in the future.
