Park Medical have allowed urgent medication to run out for my disabled Son, having completely ignored contact with carers from his supported living house.t I rang reception early this morning and was promised a call back from the Dr SOMETIME BETWEEN 11AM & 6PM !! Guess what nobody called. Will the Dr ring tomorrow, I dought it Another day without his necessary medication
Absolutely abysmal!. Doctors don't have a clue and are very rude!. They don't have the knowledge to be doctors and just want to refer you to another doctor to get you to leave!. The quality of care is disgusting!. But yet the COC rating is good! Thats a damn joke!.
Don’t even answer the phone & I thought my doctors were bad ,no wonder my mums not well if the doctors are anything like the receptionists.😤🤬
Never the same person dealing with your problems, no continuity, no empathy, always not their responsibility or job.
Poor service. I rang because I received an automated message about a resident in a care home (no name given) telling me to pick a form up from the surgery. I needed clarification so rang and although I was number 1 (one) in the queue I was on hold for 10 minutes, the call wasn't answered and then the call was just terminated.
