THE PROPERTY MANAGEMENT HAS BEEN TURNED OVER ABOUT 4 TIMES NOW IN THE PAST 5 YEARS. THEY CARE MORE ABOUT THE OUTSIDE MAINTENCE THEN THE INSIDE. PAYING MEXICANS TO DO THE CLEANING, MEANWHILE TALKING TO THEM USING AN APP, IT'S QUITE SAD. SAVE YOUR MONEY, THIS PLACE ONLY GIVES STRESS! GLAD I GOT AWAY.
DO NOT RENT HERE! Park Meadows/Centerspace treats its residents and their employees terribly. They claim to be smoke free, but do absolutely nothing when their residents smoke on the premises and leave butts all over the place. They routinely disregard any concerns, including illegal activity taking place. They refuse to respond or acknowledge their residents by never answering the phone or responding to emails.
