Im bout to report this place to the news for scamming After over 10years I'm moving they raised the rent 500.00 saying bringing to market standards yet have fixed nothing at all the washer dryer dead hole in my ceiling forced window unit or it 100 degrees in my home leaks and black mold and won't give u contact information for anyone higher then the office I paid 1900 in 1 month for lights and rent I'm done

I would never recommend these apartments to anyone. This new company isn't any better than the last thing, I would say with the last owners, I wasn't waiting 3 weeks for ac. It's been dangerously hot the last 3 weeks, and they haven't fixed my ac yet, but everyone else in my building has ac. The maintenance came in to fix it but as soon as I left to go to work he came and hot his tools and left I get home from work and my ac isn't even fix then they expect you to pay your rent on time when they can get this fix in a timely m... read more

Don’t recommend . I’ve been waiting on my air to be fixed for almost 3 months, yet I’ve seen maintenance work on MULTIPLE air conditioners at my building and each building besides mines . No pool is open and it’s almost July , they raised rent by $300 knowing times are hard for everyone, so I’m going to have to move anyways once my lease is up . I’m barely home because of heat and I’m at work and the water company they provide us charges me $80 when I’m only home maybe 3 hours a day . Good neighborhood though .

i experienced my first apartment! i do not recommend though; the cons were my patio had permanent substance from the family before, my dishwasher didn’t work so pam decided to take $100 off my rent one time, the pool was never available, there was a couple floods, i got over-charged, they changed the policy without informing me which is why i got over-charged and the pros are the management try, the workout room, and the community is peaceful!

I’ve been here for a month and I like the property and my unit honestly it’s minor issues but fixable but the leasing office worker is beyond slick at the mouth I’ve ignored it because I’m a respectful person she’s very forgetful I never got an inventory sheet so finally I asked to write it on paper and send it in signed because I need my mailbox key which is collateral for inventory sheet yet still no key I never get my emails and when you call since she’s a resident her response is “well I got mines” well duh I bet you did... read more
