At first glance the view of a river or lagoon from you back deck seems charming, sure, until summer hits and all species of spiders nest in every nic and cranny and bush of the complex. During the winter some species decide to move in. The pool is small and not pleasing and the AC must be one of the first made, its electric, does not cool as well, and is loud!
