The quality of the apartments are pretty bad, bugs get in extremely easily, and the entrances to the complex were left open all the time as well, making air conditioningin your own apartmentquite difficult. The management should be charging much less for what the tenants are receiving.
New management took over and they've been working on making it look nicer, the maintenance come during the hours you request on the app and our friendly, my only issue is sometimes people are not super considerate with how loud they may be at night time. Overall a decent place to stay.
If I could give 1 star I would. First of all those photos that are posted for rent are not accurate. The management is horrible. She lies sets stuff up and never follows through and that's when and if you can ever get ahold of her. I've had maintaince problems sense the moment we moved in. Was told the black mold is normal due to living on lower level and never in any other apartment has it been an issue. Where to even start! Well for one, never call management cuz they will never answer, there was water coming from the walls(lived on 1st level) so my floors were always damp. The black mold is so invasive no matter how often you open your windows (which are super small) or have all the doors open. Cars always parked outside in the grass, loud music, no one picks up their poop so you can’t even step outside. They never clean the halls and they smell like mold or pee.
Roaches. Managers don't care.
