Move in process was not smooth. The unit wasn’t ready for move in despite the agreed upon move in date. In addition, we ended up having to wait an additional day to gain apartment access when the keys we were given didn’t work. Following that, one of our keys STILL didn’t work and it took a lot of back and forth with the office to coordinate finally getting our second working key. The apartments are very nice and I have no complaints about the unit/layout but the prices do not reflect the lack of amenities (no gym/pool). We ... read more

Current resident, when I first moved in it was great. Everything was easy going. Everything was transparent, but since j&g company's baught out the property ,it's just been one thing after another. First off my first summer here after the buyout my AC went out or wasn't working properly. My apartment kept getting up to 80 90° even at night. The maintenance man told me it's hot outside and that's part of living in an upstairs apartment. So I called again and they put two fans in my apartment to remedy it. It's not worth the money they ask for you can't enjoy living in the small space they require $1,400 a month for, they don't clear the snow in the winter and you can't have anything outside on your patio it's not worth the headache of living there and many empties due to the high price of rent and small apartments that are not luxury at all they are old and out dated, I'd find a different apartment for the money it is worth then to live in the Park Madison apartments
Went for a tour, the leasing agent was super nice. The apartments are spacious with a ton of storage spaces. The hallways inside the building are also nice and spacious, although there are a few dead bugs (spiders, lightning bug) on the stairway.
