It's not worth the money they ask for you can't enjoy living in the small space they require $1,400 a month for, they don't clear the snow in the winter and you can't have anything outside on your patio it's not worth the headache of living there and many empties due to the high price of rent and small apartments that are not luxury at all they are old and out dated, I'd find a different apartment for the money it is worth then to live in the Park Madison apartments
Went for a tour, the leasing agent was super nice. The apartments are spacious with a ton of storage spaces. The hallways inside the building are also nice and spacious, although there are a few dead bugs (spiders, lightning bug) on the stairway.
Don’t even think about signing a lease here. The new management is horrible – they hiked our rent by a shocking 30%, with zero justification. There are no amenities like a gym or pool, but they still charge rates like we’re living in a luxury apartment. Maintenance is a joke; they took two weeks to fix a simple tap issue. And the staff? Rude beyond belief. When my wife went in to talk about the sudden rent increase, the office lady, Ashley, actually laughed at her and was totally disrespectful.
