I lived at Park Madison, unit 619 A, for 10 years. I moved in when my daughter was 8 months old. This past October 2025, my partner of 4 years unexpectedly passed away. When I went to the office, they said they were sorry for my loss. I asked about getting out of my lease, and they stated that due to my being in a contract, I had to pay the $2,000 lease break fee, plus the monthly rent. There was really no sympathy or compassion. Stay far away! Ever since the new owners took over everything has went to shit. They keep raising the rent but giving less for your money.
Current resident, when I first moved in it was great. Everything was easy going. Everything was transparent, but since j&g company's baught out the property ,it's just been one thing after another. First off my first summer here after the buyout my AC went out or wasn't working properly. My apartment kept getting up to 80 90° even at night. The maintenance man told me it's hot outside and that's part of living in an upstairs apartment. So I called again and they put two fans in my apartment to remedy it. Move in process was not smooth. The unit wasn’t ready for move in despite the agreed upon move in date. In addition, we ended up having to wait an additional day to gain apartment access when the keys we were given didn’t work. Following that, one of our keys STILL didn’t work and it took a lot of back and forth with the office to coordinate finally getting our second working key. The apartments are very nice and I have no complaints about the unit/layout but the prices do not reflect the lack of amenities (no gym/pool). We ... read more
